This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. APLA Health dental services include regular checkups and cleanings, X-rays, fillings, and much more.If you do not have insurance, we will help you determine if you qualify for financial assistance and help you enroll in a health plan. Otherwise, our fees are on a sliding-scale basis, based on ability to payDental Hours: Monday, Thursday and Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Wednesday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
