This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Community Health Center of Snohomish providing dental care services for both children and adults alike.  Services Include: Regular and preventive check-ups Fissure sealants Extractions Limited root canal treatments Dental crowns Oral exam and x-rays Oral health education Simple extractions Walk-in dental consultation for urgent problems Patients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible they offer a discount fee program.  Dental Hours:  Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Friday and Saturday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
