This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Gateway Community Health Center Dental Clinic offers a variety of dental services including preventive services, restorative services, and limited oral surgery services for children and adults. Preventive services include dental exams, radio-graphs, dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction and dental sealants. Restorative services include dental fillings and pediatric dental crowns. The center offers limited oral surgery services that include but are not limited to routine dental extractions. The Center provides a schedule of discounts to all individuals and families with an annual income at or below 200 percent of the most recent U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines. The Center will offer to all eligible patients a sliding fee discount based on income and family size and no other factor.  Dental Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
