DFD Russell Medical Center offers a sliding fee program for eligible patients. The program offers different levels of discounts for services based on a patient’s income. Also has a patient assistance program and discount medication program. Provides dental cleanings, sealant placement, fluoride, and brushing instructions at select DFD Russell Medical Center locations throughout the year. Work Hour Monday: 8:30 am-7:30 pm Tuesday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Wednesday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Thursday: 8:30 am-7:30 pm Friday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
