Dental Services: Cleanings Crowns Dentures Extractions Fillings Oral hygiene education Orthodontics Pediatric dentistry Periodontal exams (gum health) Restorations Routine exams / follow-up care Specialty referrals X-rays Uninsured applicants will be assigned a "rating" based on their total income and resources. The rating determines the co-payment amount that will be charged to the applicant for medical services for a 12-month calendar year. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
