Community Clinic offers dental services at two convenient locations: Rogers (adult) and Springdale (pediatric). Services offered include: Oral exams, screenings, and hygiene educationFluoride TreatmentRestorative services and extractionsReferrals for oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and other dental services as neededCommunity Clinic offers a discount for services to our uninsured patients. That discount is determined by income and household size. To determine what discount you are eligible for, please bring Proof of Income (POI) to your first appointment.
