This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.  Services we provide include: emergencies, preventive, restorative, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, and periodontal (gum disease) care. In addition, our dentists provide children's dentistry, oral surgery services (extractions, some wisdom teeth), and some endodontic services (root canals).Also offer a reduced payment program for self-pay patients based on household income and family size.Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:-00 am - 6:00 pm.
