Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. People of all ages and all stages, babies to seniors, receive care from medical providers and general practice dentists.Their dental team offers services including exams, cleanings, sealants, filling and extractions.You may qualify for a discount on your visit even if you have insurance. To determine your eligibility for discounted services, you will be asked to verify your household income and size.
