This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. We are a low-cost dental clinic offering basic dental services (X-rays, exams, fillings, extractions, cleanings, some root canals) for residents of Sauk and Columbia counties. For those without insurance, they offer a sliding-scale fee structure based upon your income. Those who qualify can save anywhere from 50% to 80% off usual and customary charges.
