This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Providing comprehensive preventative, restorative (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) and emergency services. Dental Services include: Cleanings Oral hygiene instruction Dental exams Restorative care Dentures Extractions Sealants Fillings X-raysThe Sliding Fee Discount Program is a Federal program that allows NorthLakes Community Clinic to discount our normal charges for health care services rendered at our locations. The Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program is available to all qualifying patients regardless of insurance status. NorthLakes Community Clinic will never deny healthcare based on the patients inability to pay.Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
