This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services: Dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns,and extractions. For other major restorative dental work, specialist referrals are available through Seattle Donated Dental Services.Provide comprehensive dental care to patients currently at a highly reduced sliding scale fee.Dental care: Wednesday evenings, 5-9 p.m. and Friday mornings: 8 a.m. - noon. Must make an appointment.
