Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services Include:Regular and preventive check-upsFissure sealantsExtractionsLimited root canal treatmentsDental crownsOral exam and x-raysOral health educationSimple extractionsWalk-in dental consultation for urgent problemsPatients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible we offer a discount fee program. Dental Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Friday and Saturday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
