This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The only federal not-for-profit dental clinic in the area. We serve the insured, under insured and uninsured with the same quality of care.  We accept most insurance carriers, including DSHS.  In addition we offer payment plans, as well as a sliding discount based on family income and size.  Our qualified dentists, hygienists and staff will gladly review your treatment needs and plan of care with you before starting your treatment.    Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
