This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services include the full range of general dental care including preventative, restorative, periodontal care, crowns, bridges, and limited cosmetic dentistry. Dental services are available to patients of all ages with or without insurance. We also offer a sliding scale fee (based on income and family size) for dental services.Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am. - 4:30 pm.Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
