This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Dental Services:  Routine and Urgent Evaluations and Consultations  Oral Cancer Screenings  Digital X-rays  Sealants  Cleanings  Periodontal Therapy  Restorations  Fillings  Simple Extractions  Endodontics Only those patients without dental insurance who wish to apply for the sliding fee discount are required to complete the part of the registration form that requests household financial information. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
