This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. This is NOT a free clinic. It is a Federally Qualified Health Center and therefore offers a sliding fee discount.  Services include:  Exams  X-rays  Cleanings  Fillings  Denture Care  Extractions  Crowns  Partials  Pediatric treatment Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
