Adults seeking service must be able to provide proof of income need, referral paperwork, and SC photo ID with a Richland or Lexington County address.Adult Hours:       Monday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM  Tuesday 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM  Thursday 12:30 PM - 5:00 PMChildren’s Clinic Hours:  Tuesday – Friday:  8:30 AM – 1:30 PMThe Dental clinics do not ave the same schedule as the Health Department.
