Patients with no insurance pay Sliding Scale Fee - based on Federal Poverty Guidelines for Total Household Income.Areas Served: Northumberland County, Snyder County, and Union County Work Hour Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Wednesday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
