Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The dental team is accepting new patients to provide excellent oral care for the whole family. A sliding fee is offered for those who qualify. Based on your family size and income, you may qualify for a discount of 30 to 50 percent on covered dental services. Hours: Call for appointment.
