Services: Preventative care Patient Eligibility: No patient criteria Fees: Those on Medical Assistance receive free care. The clinic also offers a sliding fee schedule and is an approved Medical Assistance provider. Work Hour   Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 pm.; Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
