Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. At Family First Health, fees range depending on the types of visit and tests that are performed. Using a sliding scale, discounts are based on family size and income. Our registration staff will be glad to explain our sliding scale system to you when you come in for your visit.
