All services of general dentistry, including: dental exams, emergency exams, teeth cleaning, restoration, partial dentures, full dentures, crowns, implants/prosthetics, periodontics, sealants, x-ray, bleaching Discounts are offered at this clinic based upon the patient's household income and family size. They use a sliding fee schedule to calculate the basic discount and is updated each year using the federal poverty guidelines. Once you are approved, the discount will be honored for twelve months, after which the patient must reapply and re-verify household income.
