This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Comprehensive general dental care for children ages 0-18 and all adults ages 19 and over.Dental Services: Diagnostic (e.g. exams, x-rays) Preventative (e.g. dental sealants, cleanings, fluoride, education) Restorative (e.g. fillings, crowns, some root canals, extractions, partial and full dentures) Emergent care (i.e. patients with symptoms of dental pain, an abscess, swelling or bleeding)Offer a sliding fee discount for eligible patients. This is based upon family size and income. Please bring a $25 down payment to your first visit.Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
