Lawton - Calvary Baptist Church Dental Clinic

The Dental Clinic Ministry provides dental extractions only. The Dental Clinic is located at 715 SW  H Avenue (Calvary Baptist Church) and is open on the second Thursday of each month. First 25 callers will be seen.  Call-in begins at 9am on clinic days.Further instructions will be given during the phone call.  Patients must be 16 years old or older. If the patient is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present to sign a waiver. If any medication is being taken, please have that information with you. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please park in the church parking lots unless there is a physical disability. DO NOT park on the street. The Dental Clinic gives Calvary Baptist Church an opportunity to minister both physically and spiritually to those who come to the Clinic!
