This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The Erie County Community Health Center provides Dental Services for all ages.  Oral Health care begins at one year of age.  The following oral health services are offered in the center:    Routine exams/screenings                     Dental Sealants                          Oral Cancer Screenings    Fillings (Amalgam/composite)             Fluoride treatments                    X-rays    Cleanings/Hygiene                                Extractions                                 Oral Surgeons on staff
