This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Their basic dental services include exams, cleanings, children’s fluoride, x-rays, sealants, fillings, extractions and other routine dental care. Also they offer some advanced services including root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures. Rural Health Group offers a sliding fee program for those patients who earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level. For the sliding fee patients they offer deep discounts on their dental services. Accept most insurances, North Carolina Medicaid and North Carolina Health Choice.
