Dental Services: General Dentistry Care Cleanings and Screenings Routine Checkups (beginning at 12 months) Fluoride Treatments Sealants Extractions X-rays Treatment of Gum Disease Removal of Decayed Teeth A sliding fee scale is available to all patients based on an individual’s ability to pay for the primary and preventative health care services rendered. Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
