Community Health Partners Dental Practice is located at 120 North 19th Avenue, Suite H in Bozeman, Montana. (Across from Town and Country Foods, next to Bozeman Deaconess Outpatient Services.) Community Health Partners Dental Clinic provides comprehensive dental care for all patients, including children and pregnant women. Services include: -exams -x-rays -cleanings -fillings -extractions -crowns -emergency dental care -preventive care (sealants, fluoride treatment, oral health education, oral hygiene and nutrition counseling) Wisdom tooth extraction is done on a limited basis, depending on their complexity. We can also assist with treatment planning for full and partial dentures. Happily serving patients Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm
