Affinia Healthcare provides comprehensive oral health services.Affinia Healthcare offers a sliding fee scale to uninsured patients that is based on household income. Patients who apply and are eligible will pay a discounted fee. Proof of income is required. Payments are due at time of service.Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.Wednesday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm.
