This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Offer comprehensive dental services to children ages 0-18 and expectant mothers. Other Services offered: - Preventive dental services such as cleanings, sealants, and oral health education - Restorative dental services such as fillings, extractions, and root canals - Emergency dental services Katy Trail Community Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most health insurances and if you don’t have insurance they offer a discount program for those who qualify. Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 6:00pm. Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.
