This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental Services:  Preventive Oral Health Care: oral health education, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants  Diagnostic Services: X-rays  Restorative Care: dental fillings  Endodontics: root canals  Periodontics: treatment for gum disease  Oral Surgery  Prosthodontics: crown and bridge, partials and dentures  Urgent services as needed Family Health Center offers a sliding fee scale to qualified patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Eligibility is based on household size and income. Please call for more information. Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 6:00pm.Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
