This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services Include:     Cleanings     Fluoride     Sealants     Extractions     Fillings     Root Canals     Patient education     Oral surgery     Care for HIV patients     Dental x-rays     Oral cancer screening     Dentures     Partials     Crowns     Bridges     Nitrous Oxide     Oral Sedation for Pediatrics     Orthodontic Holyoke Health Center provides medical, dental, and pharmacy services to all patients, regardless of your ability to pay for them. If you do not have health insurance, you can apply for health insurance with one of their Certified Application Counselors and you may be eligible to receive services on their sliding fee scale. Work Hour   Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
