This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. General dentistry services include:  comprehensive new patient exams, routine cleanings, fillings, sealants, restoratives, crowns and bridges.While most commercial insurances, Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, patients are never turned away for care due to their inability to pay.  A discount sliding fee scale is offered based on a patient’s household size and income. Work Hour   Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm. Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm.
