Services include but are not limited too:    Routine cleanings    X-Rays of the mouth    Fluoride treatments    Fillings    Minor extractions    Whitening systems    Other preventative services    Sealant    Bite Guards    Crowns    Dentures/Partials    Bridges    Root CanalPrimaryPlus accepts most insurance, Medicare, all Kentucky Medicaid plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offers a sliding fee scale for those that have NO insurance and/or are underinsured. The Sliding Fee Scale can provide a discount of up to 75% based on application approval.
