About the Clinic
Students training in the Dental Hygiene program at Parkland College provides the following dental services:- Dental cleanings.- Radiography.- Blood pressure screening.- Oral cancer screening.- Oral hygiene instruction.- Nutrition counseling.- Pit and fissure sealants.- Fluoride treatments.- Whitening (additional $150).Documents needed:Medical history and pharmaceuticals.Fees:$10 per semester. No charge for seniors 65 and older, children under 11, and those on Medicaid.Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.Referral procedures:By appointment. Appointments are 3.5 hours long and patients may need more than one appointment.
