Dental Services: Full service dental care including- Cleanings Exams Fillings Extractions Major dental work (root canal treatment, dentures, partials, etc.) Emergency dental care Pediatric dentist visits for very young children Oral health education Patients without insurance may be eligible to receive services at a reduced fee. Community Health Partnership of Illinois serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered depending on family size and income. They also offer assistance applying for insurance. Hours: Tuesday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm.Wednesday and Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
