Pricing and Payment OptionsThe Community Health Center is a nonprofit health center. We provide medical and dental health services at discounted, affordable rates to everyone who visits our health center by partnering with businesses, community groups, local governments, and individuals. CHC is not a free clinic, nor do we offer pricing on a sliding scale. Everyone pays the same discounted rates on services. From time to time, we do have financial assistance available that can be applied for by patients that income qualify.
