The Community Health Center (CHC) is a non-profit health center located just outside of downtown Austell, GA. We are committed to helping families in the North-West Metro Atlanta area remain healthy and whole by providing access to quality, low cost medical and dental services. Dental hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 9am - 3pm. Dental Services Professional Oral Health Assessment X-rays Cleanings Tooth Extractions* Whitening Services Dental Fillings, Crowns, and some Partials Root Canals* Visit our website for current fees. This is not a free dental clinic. It is a low cost dental provider. Fees are very affordable.
