Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The Santa Rosa County Health Department Dental Program provides diagnostic, restorative, preventive and educational services to all children on Florida Medicaid or who qualify through eligibility by proof of income. We have 3 dentists, 1 dental hygienist, 4 dental assistants, 2 clerks and an administrative assistant to take care of your dental needs. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
