Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Accepts most insurance plans including, but not limited to: Medicare Medicaid Florida Healthy Kids Blue Cross Blue Shield Well Care Sliding Fee Scale: If you only have Medicare, or no healthcare insurance at all, you may qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale (SFS) program. Eligibility is determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The SFS could make the services they provide even more affordable.
