As a federally qualified health center, this dental clinic provides an income based sliding fee scale to uninsured persons, and accepts most forms of insurance. Work Hour   Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
