Dental Services:Cleanings• Crowns• Dentures• Extractions• Fillings• Oral hygiene education• Orthodontics• Pediatric dentistry• Periodontal exams (gum health)• Restorations• Routine exams / follow-up care• Specialty referrals• X-raysUninsured applicants will be assigned a "rating" based on their total income and resources. The rating determines the copayment amount that will be charged to the applicant for medical services for a 12-month calendar year.Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm.Every other Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm.
