This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Morongo Basin Community Health Center now provides access to affordable dental care for residents of the Morongo Basin, including pediatric dental services. Services include: dental exam, digital radiography, dental cleanings, sealants, composite (white) fillings, laboratory crowns on selected teeth, pediatric dentistry, root canals on selected teeth, complete dentures, partial dentures, and extractions on selected teeth. All services are subject to meeting specific criteria requirements; other services are provided based on a sliding fee discount (application and proof of income is required). No one will be denied service based on their ability to pay; discounted arees are based on household size and income. Hours: Call for appointment.
