This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Neighborhood Healthcare provides dental services to children and adults. The dental department provides preventive and restorative oral health services, and also emphasizes preventive education. Preventive and Restorative Dental Services Include:  Dental exams  Oral hygiene education  Simple extractions  Prophylaxis  Scaling and root planing  Fillings  Sealants  Space maintainers  Emergencies Sliding scale fees based on income and family size. No fees charged to adults who qualify for the Health Care. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
