Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. * Services for dental are NOT FREE. For dental services: They require a payment of 50% of the total charges at the time of service. For the remaining 50%, they can develop a payment plan based on a sliding fee scale.
